Return and Exchange Policy Al-Ghamdi Perfumes, we are keen to provide the best quality and authenticity to our customers. And because we deal with sensitive products (international perfumes and niche), the return and exchange policy is subject to the following conditions to ensure the safety of all products: 1. Return Duration: available within 7 days only from the date of receipt of the order. Condition: the perfume must be in its original condition, with the factory seal (shrink wrap) intact, and not opened or used at all. Note: perfumes that have been unwrapped or their boxes opened cannot be returned under any circumstances to maintain quality and public health standards. 2. Exchange Duration: available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Technical evaluation: all exchange requests are subject to assessment by our specialized team at "Al-Ghamdi Perfumes." The perfume will be examined to ensure: - integrity of the box and bottle. - no use of the perfume or exposure to any poor storage conditions (such as high heat). - no damage resulting from misuse by the customer. Final decision: the store has the right to refuse the exchange if it is found that the product has been used or has lost its original condition. 3. Cases where exchange or return is not possible - If more than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt. - If the thermal packaging (shrink wrap) of the perfume has been opened. - If the perfume or box has been damaged by the customer. - "Tester" perfumes or samples, if it was clarified at purchase that they are non-returnable. 4. Shipping and delivery charges If the customer wishes to exchange or return (without a manufacturing defect), the customer bears all shipping costs (sending and returning). In case a damaged or different product than the order is received, "Al-Ghamdi Perfumes" bears all costs.
